I. System Product Overview

In the process of assembly (setup) of the mobile phone lens, the angle D (cut) of the lens is a very important parameter, which affects the imaging quality of the lens. It used to be manual alignment, with low accuracy and low efficiency. The pixels of the camera are getting higher and higher, the number of lenses is increasing, and manual alignment alone can no longer meet the demand for production.



CST independently researches and develops a mobile lens assembly vision inspection system, adopts an industrial camera to take a picture of the D-angle of the lens, and uses vision software to measure, obtain the D-angle of the lens, and transmit the angle to the PLC. , PLC control the movement mechanism, so that the fixture can accurately capture the lens, to achieve the precision assembly of the mobile phone lens, improve the lens assembly accuracy and efficiency, thereby improving the imaging quality of the phone lens.

Visual hardware: CST vision light source, light source controller, industrial CCD camera, industrial fixed focus lens.

Fourth, performance indicators:



1. You can take pictures of three (multiple) lens D angles (notches) at the same time and perform real-time detection of the angle. The detection accuracy is within ±5° and the repeatability is within 0.5°.
